Booking Your Out of Town Private Transportation:
  • All trips are "custom", priced per trip (time and mileage), and per group size

  • "Shuttling" includes airport shuttling, point-to-point shuttling only - no additional "touring".

  • Booking online initiates a $100 DEPOSIT - trips totaling less than $100 will be refunded the difference; trips totaling more than $100 will be invoiced for the remainder.

Airport Transfers

Airport Transfers: 

In-Town  (to-from MSO and Missoula hotels/city limits/neighborhoods; Nov-May):

$50 (1-5 passengers) +$8 per person (6-11 passengers)


Out of Town/State (including Glacier Park Int'l Airport):


Additional fees that may apply:  

  • "On-call / wait time" (TBD per itinerary type)

  • Equipment use fee: ($50) for use of MTAS bike racks, extra cargo carriers, Yeti cooler...

  • Overnight fees - assessed per itinerary (typically $150 per night)

  • Cleaning fee-deposit: $150 (deposit amount included in estimate for groups requesting alcohol consumption on board** -- deposit returned if no spills or other messes requiring professional detailing are needed​​

Shuttle Amenities: 

- USB/charging ports

- Cargo storage in back of van, roof rack/cargo carrier (extra fee)

- bike racks (road/mountain/some fat bikes) - 7 MAX (extra fee)

- Wildlife viewing binoculars

- On-board maps, reference books, local resource info. and more!

- First aid kit; cargo straps/bungee cords

- Food/beverage cooler (by request, extra fee)

- Water available on-board

** MTAS regrets the vehicle is not handicap accessible, however, will try to accommodate any passengers' special needs!
